New Extension Including fully fitted kitchen & bedroom

In March 2010 we were contacted by a past customer that we had installed a luxury bathroom for some years ago, They were interested in converting their current standard central heating over to having a new condensing combination boiler, upon our initial site survey we were discussing the options where to site the new boiler, It was suggested that we installed the new boiler where the existing airing cupboard was currently positioned.

This in turn led the customer to ask if we could arrange for their Kitchen and Bedroom to be measured so that they could have an idea on price for the both rooms to be fitted, once we measured we mentioned that it would be a delight to be able to access the current flat roof above the customers existing kitchen extension outside of the upstairs bedroom window so that the bedroom could be extended in a way that they would gain a vast amount of new wardrobe storage space.

A week later we received a phone call from the customer asking for our company to call back to the house and bring our resident builder Blazecraft so that we can detail the existing flat roof extension which the intension of extended the bedroom as discussed.

We then drew up the necessary technical plans and applied through our local borough council-planning department, and once this was approved we started the building works in late October 2010. As the extension progressed we then proceeded to install the customers new fully fitted kitchen and bedroom, please take time to browse through the photographs showing the various stages of installation, all works were completed at the end of November 2010.
