Further to your conversation with Roy regarding our faulty gas hob. I am pleased to advise you that a Creda engineer called yesterday and has now replaced the hob in question. I would like to thank you for your co-operation regarding this matter in advising us of the contact numbers and correct procedure to take which now means that with your help my kitchen is now back in mint condition.
